I called about a vehicle I saw an ad for and they told me it was in. I drove there and test drove it. Decided I wanted it and we proceeded with my trade. The entire process was about 3 hours due to the busy day they had. The only issue I had, which I know is part of the process, was what they offered for my trade in. I felt it was a bit low but, they bumped it up to a more acceptable price. The staff were friendly and tolerated my energetic children.
